Project Manager (E&M)

A leading engineering firm is seeking for a Project Manager (E&M) to oversee large-scale, multi-disciplinary MEP and fire service projects from tendering to successful execution.

Key responsibilities

As Project Manager (E&M) you will lead major projects end-to-end, ensuring quality, safety, financial control, and team development.

• Lead teams to manage large-scale, multi-disciplinary construction projects from tendering to execution
• Oversee financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of projects to protect the company’s interests
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and statutory requirements
• Monitor market trends and provide strategic insights for project success
• Foster collaboration through strong leadership and communication skills

Candidate profile

To excel in this role, you bring technical expertise, multi-disciplinary team leadership, bilingual communication, and a strong commitment to quality, safety, and client satisfaction.

• Higher Diploma or above in Electrical, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, Fire Service or related disciplines
• Extensive relevant experience, including strong experience in a managerial role (candidates with less experience may be considered for Assistant Project Manager)
• Strong analytical skills with awareness of market trends
• Self-motivated, and results-driven, with proven leadership abilities
• Fluency in written and spoken Chinese and English
