Project Manager(MVAC/Ele/Fire)

Our client is looking for an MVAC/Elc/Fire Service Project Manager to join their team .

Responsibilities :

• Ensure all project activities comply with applicable quality and safety standards, procedures, and statutory requirements.
• Prepare working programme, method statement and material submission.
• Carry out site supervision for site works.
• Lead and manage large-scale, multidisciplinary building services projects throughout the full project life cycle, including tendering, negotiation, and implementation.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/Mechanical / Fire Services/ Electrical Engineering or related disciplines with professional qualification.
• Minimum 8 years of experience in Building services/ maintenance / A&A or related project .
• Good management skills.
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese.
