E&M Assistant Manager (Residential / Shopping mall)

Our client is looking for an Assistant Manager to join their team.

Responsibilities :

• Support the planning, tendering, and management of alteration, addition, and ad hoc E&M/Builders work projects.

• Conduct daily site inspections to monitor construction progress and ensure compliance with building codes, regulations and safety standards.

• Assist in project oversight, coordinating with external and internal parties to resolve issues, conflicts, or disputes related to timelines, quality standards, and budgetary requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Mechanical /Building Services Engineering, or a related discipline.

• Ideally 5 years up of experience in property maintenance / facilities management / shopping mall maintenance project .

• Excellent interpersonal skills with a customer-focused, service-oriented approach.

• Strong proficiency in both English and Chinese.
