We are seeking an experienced and visionary Director to lead the engineering team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and inspire industrial engineering teams to deliver innovative solutions and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Define and execute strategic objectives to enhance operational efficiency and technological competitiveness.
  • Drive optimization of production systems, assembly processes, and material flow for electronics components and devices.
  • Implement lean manufacturing principles, Six Sigma methodologies, and advanced process engineering to reduce waste and improve yield.
  • Oversee capacity planning, layout design, and ergonomics to maximize efficiency and scalability.
  • Champion the integration of Industry 4.0 technologies, including IoT-enabled equipment, AI-driven analytics, and smart automation.
  • Evaluate and implement advanced robotics and automated systems for precision assembly and testing.
  • Ensure adherence to global quality standards (ISO, IPC, RoHS) and regulatory requirements specific to electronics.
  • Collaborate with R&D and product development teams to incorporate advanced engineering techniques into new product launches.
  • Build a high-performance engineering culture focused on technical excellence, innovation, and leadership growth.
  • Develop training programs for industrial engineers on emerging technologies, automation, and data-driven methodologies.
  • Utilize advanced analytics and simulation tools to optimize workflows, predict bottlenecks, and improve overall equipment effectiveness (OEE).
  • Monitor industry trends to anticipate challenges and opportunities.
  • Uphold safety and environmental standards to ensure a secure and sustainable work environment.
  • Lead initiatives that prioritize employee well-being and eco-friendly practices in electronics operations.

Qualifications

  • Master’s degree in Engineering, Electronics, Technology Management or Busniess Adminstration preferred.
  • 15+ years of experience in industrial engineering leadership roles.
  • Proven success in driving large-scale operational improvements and technology integration.
  • Exceptional strategic thinking, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
