Senior Project Manager (E&M, 5-day, 1-1.5M)

A well-know contractor is expanding their project team:

Responsibilities:

• Assisting Head of Projects to manage and supervise all Electrical and Mechanical (E&M) works, including planning, design, cost management, and monitoring work progress.
• Coordinating building services installations ,overseeing the Electrical and MVAC projects.
• Lead the project team and ensure all works are complied with contractual requirements.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Electrical/ Mechanical /Building Services Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum of 12 years’ experience , including at least 3-5 years in a managerial role.
• Demonstrate strong leadership and management abilities.
• Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese, and Mandarin.
