Sales Direcor/ Senior Sales Manager (E&M, Sub-con, 1-1.4M)

Our client is a MNC engineering company

Responsibilities:

• Support the development of impactful sales strategies to enhance business growth and drive revenue.
• Manage projects throughout the entire lifecycle, from design and sourcing to procurement, installation, completion, and aftersales support
• Monitor performance and provides coaching and development activities for staff.
• Ensure customer satisfaction with the completed contracts, maintain a positive, supportive and hospitable attitude so as to develop and influence customers to maintain a long-term service relationship

Requirements:

• Degree or above in Electrical / Building Services / Mechanical engineering or related discipline
• Minimum 10 years of sales or business development experience with 3-5 years in management grade
• Support the development of impactful sales strategies to enhance business growth and drive revenue.
• Fluency in Cantonese, Mandarin, and English is essential
