(Assistant) Maintenance Manager (E&M, 5-day)

The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Manager / Assistant Maintenance Manager to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies to meet client and departmental standards
• Troubleshooting technical issues and addressing urgent/emergency repairs related to electrical and mechanical systems
• Managing field staff for providing on site repair and maintenance service, providing technical guidance and fault analysis for all levels of repair work
• Preparing and updating fault reports and monthly maintenance summaries
• Overseeing routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress
• Managing spare parts inventory and conducting periodic reviews

The Candidate

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with:

• A degree or higher diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• Minimum 7 years of relevant experience in maintenance services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with Cantonese fluency required
• Excellent independent analytical skills, self-motivation, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a cross-functional environment
