Project Manager (Electrical/ HVAC/ 50-70K)

A well-know contractor is expanding their project team:

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage assigned projects, overseeing progress, staffing, quality, costs, and more.
• Create project schedules and manage budgets to ensure timely completion.
• Coordinate with client, consultants and suppliers to meet project deadlines.
• Prepare technical proposals and tender submissions.

Requirements:

• Degree/ Higher Diploma or above in Building Services/ Electrical/ Mechanical Engineering.
• APM: at least 7 years relevant experience. PM: at least 10 years' relevant experience
• Proficient in spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self-driven with the ability to work independently.
• Excellent negotiation and interpersonal skills, capable of engaging with diverse stakeholders.
