Facility Engineer (Data Center/ TKO/ 5-day/ 40-65K monthly)

We are searching for a client side company for their data center facility operation

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise maintenance contractors and technicians across data centers and office premises
• Oversee preventive/corrective maintenance ensuring safe, reliable operations
• Manage lifecycle replacements and improvements projects
• Coordinate with Building Management Office and DCO team
• Monitor SLA compliance and environmental conditions
• Handle procurement, vendor management, and inventory control
• Lead regular meetings with stakeholders
• Available for emergency calls and weekend/holiday supervision

Requirements:

• Degree/Diploma in Engineering (Building Services/Mechanical/Electrical)
• 5+ years data center experience
• Grade A Registered Electrical Worker certification
• Strong technical knowledge of:
  • Chiller plants
  • CRAC systems
  • BMS
  • UPS/STS/PDU systems
• Excellent English and Chinese communication skills
• Self-motivated with strong interpersonal skills
