Assistant Manager, Technical Services

We are seeking for an Assistant Technical Manager for a leading property developer in Hong Kong.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Manage technical staff and works of the Building Maintenance and Renovation Service Team to deliver safe, reliable and cost-effective repair, renovation and upgrading services
• Ensure the preservation and maintenance of building infrastructure, encompassing structural elements, HVAC systems, and electrical and mechanical apparatuses
• Coordinate with internal departments and tenants to vet fit-out submissions; deliver alteration, addition and improvement works; monitor performance of consultants, sub-contractors and site staff
• Carry out systematic evaluations and appraisals of the building's maintenance condition to propose and implement required enhancements, guaranteeing compliance with quality standards
• Oversee the building's energy consumption and instigate conservation initiatives

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS REQUIRED

• Degree holder in Building Services, Electrical Engineering, Fire or Fire Safety Engineering or related disciplines
• Minimum 7 years' experience in repair, maintenance, and A&A works
• Experience and knowledge on Fire Safety (Buildings) Ordinance (Cap.572) and Fire Safety (Commercial Premises) Ordinance (Cap. 502)
• Commitment to accountability, both personally and professionally, with a focus on achieving set goals
• Excellent teamwork and collaboration skills, leveraging diversity to reach shared targets
• Strong interpersonal and leadership
• Bilingual proficiency in English and Mandarin, both written and spoken
