Site Supervisor 地盤主管 | BMU, Gondola, 吊船 | up to 30k

現正誠聘一位Site Supervisor地盤主管。

工作職責 / Duties:
1. 監督及協調吊船及機械工程項目的日常運作，確保符合安全標準。
Supervise and coordinate daily operations of gondola and mechanical engineering projects.

2. 協助處理設備故障排查及基本維修，確保工程順利進行。
Assist in troubleshooting equipment issues and perform basic repairs to ensure smooth project execution.

3. 負責維護及安裝項目的現場管理，包括人員調配及進度跟進。
Manage on-site maintenance and installation projects, including workforce allocation and progress tracking.

4. 確保所有工作符合公司政策、行業標準及法律法規要求。
Ensure all work complies with company policies, industry standards, and legal regulations.

5. 與客戶、承包商及團隊成員保持有效溝通，匯報工作進展及問題。
Liaise effective communication with clients, contractors, and technical team to report progress and issues.

任職要求 / Requirements:
1. 持有吊船操作牌照 (吊船牌) 優先，具機械工程或相關領域經驗。
Gondola operation license (吊船牌) is a bonus, with experience in mechanical engineering or related fields.

2. 至少3年地盤監督或工程管理經驗，熟悉維護及安裝項目。
At least 3 years of site supervision or engineering management experience, familiar with maintenance & installation projects.

3. 具備基本故障排查及維修能力，能獨立處理突發問題。
Basic troubleshooting and repair skills, able to handle emergencies independently.

4. 良好的溝通及團隊合作能力，能適應戶外工作環境。
Strong communication and teamwork skills, able to adapt to outdoor working conditions.

5. 懂讀寫英文及中文，能理解技術文件及撰寫簡單報告。
Proficient in English and Chinese, able to understand technical documents and write simple reports.
