主要職責 Key Responsibilities

• 負責UPS（不間斷電源系統）、發電機、供電系統等關鍵設備的維修保養工作, 監督和管理掣櫃系統，確保運作順暢 Maintain and repair critical systems including UPS (Uninterruptible Power Supply), generators, power distribution systems, electrical panels, and indoor dimming systems
• 維護各項電力系統，確保安全運作 Coordinate maintenance activities and ensure compliance with company guidelines
• 監控承包商服務質量，確保符合公司標準 Supervise and monitor contractor performance and progress
• 協調各項維修工作，優化資源配置 Perform duties related to property management

入職要求 Requirements

• 具備電氣或屋宇設備工程證書/文憑，或完成認可學徒訓練 Certificate/Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or completion of recognized apprenticeship training
• 必須為香港政府註冊A/B級電業工程人員 Registered Grade A/ B Electrical Worker with Hong Kong Government
• 持有有效平安咭 Valid safety card
• 至少5年電力系統操作及維修經驗 Minimum 5 years experience in power systems operation and maintenance
• 具備掣櫃保養工作經驗（優先考慮） Experience in electrical panel maintenance (preferred)
• 基礎電腦操作能力 Basic computer literacy
