Our client is a reputable hospitality group:

Key Responsibilities

  • Direct and supervise the engineering teams in delivering exceptional maintenance services
  • Design and implement strategic engineering initiatives to enhance operational efficiency
  • Analyze building systems performance metrics to identify optimization opportunities
  • Oversee comprehensive preventative maintenance programs
  • Manage department budgets and resource allocation
  • Collaborate cross-functionally to maintain seamless hotel operations
  • Ensure strict compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards

Requirements

  • Engineering degree or equivalent qualification
  • Minimum 8 years progressive experience in hospitality or commercial property management
  • Proven track record in engineering team leadership and motivation
  • Comprehensive understanding of building systems, maintenance protocols, and project management
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
  • Ability to manage pressure and meet deadlines effectively
  • Solid commercial acumen with proven budget management expertise
