BS Manager / Assistant BS Manager grades would be welcome

About the Role

  • Responsible for site coordination with Architects, Consultants, Sub-contractors/Suppliers, Government and Utility parties to ensure the site work running smoothly
  • Oversee and coordination for building services installation that ensuring to compliance with specification, work procedure, work program and quality control
  • Monitor & supervise sub-contractors to complete the project


To be successful in this role, you must have:

  • Degree holder in Building Services or related disciplines
  • Minimum 8 years of relevant experience in BS engineering in construction industry
  • Sizeable project experience is preferred
  • Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
  • Candidate with more experience will be consider as Building Services Manager
