(Assistant) Service Manager / Maintenance Manager (5-day, E&M)

The Position

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Supervisor to join our client's team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and implementing comprehensive maintenance strategies to meet client and departmental standards
• Troubleshooting technical issues and addressing urgent/emergency repairs related to electrical and mechanical systems
• Preparing and updating fault reports and monthly maintenance summaries
• Overseeing routine preventive and corrective maintenance activities
• Providing technical guidance and fault analysis for all levels of repair work
• Liaising with clients and stakeholders regarding project progress
• Conducting regular site inspections and routine checks
• Maintaining accurate maintenance records and configuration management databases
• Managing spare parts inventory and conducting periodic reviews
• Handling client inquiries and attending meetings with contractors

The Candidate

We are looking for a highly qualified individual with:

• A degree or higher diploma in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Building Services, or a related field
• A Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker (Grade A) or equivalent qualification (preferred)
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in E&M maintenance services, with at least 3 years in a supervisory role
• Prior experience in the railway sector (an advantage)
• Strong proficiency in both spoken and written English and Chinese, with Cantonese fluency required
• Excellent independent analytical skills, self-motivation, and strong communication and interpersonal abilities
• Ability to work effectively under pressure in a cross-functional environment
