Engineering Director/ Senior Manager (E&M, 5-day)

We are seeking a highly experienced engineering candidate for a reputable engineering company. This is an exceptional opportunity for a seasoned professional with extensive industry experience to drive project success and foster innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and motivate a diverse team of professionals across technical, and engineering disciplines.
• Oversee complex multi-disciplinary projects from initiation through execution, ensuring alignment with company objectives and client expectations.
• Manage financial, commercial, and contractual aspects of projects to protect company interests and drive profitability.
• Coordinate with subcontractors and suppliers to ensure timely project delivery.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety standards, and statutory requirements while implementing best practices.
• Stay informed about market trends and leverage analytical skills to inform strategic decisions.

Requirements:

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering, Building Services Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 15 years relevant industry experience, including at least 8 years in supervisory/managerial roles.
• HKIE membership advantageous.
• Proven ability to inspire high-performing diverse teams and foster career development.
• Strong analytical skills with keen awareness of market trends and customer needs.
• Self-motivated with ability to work independently while driving team success.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills in both Chinese and English languages.
