Service Manager (Power System, 5-day, MNC)

We're seeking an experienced professional to lead the operations in the after-sales service sector. This role requires strong leadership, strategic thinking, and operational expertise to drive excellence in customer satisfaction and business performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee daily service operations
  • Develop and execute local market strategies to enhance after-sales service quality and strengthen brand reputation
  • Lead and motivate a team of service advisors to meet KPI targets and resolve customer issues effectively
  • Foster relationships with internal and external stakeholders to implement business plans
  • Ensure strict adherence to company policies and procedures through regular compliance checks
  • Implement and enforce safety protocols to protect employees, customers, power systems, and facilities

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • At least Higher Diploma in Electrical Engineering, or Engineering-related fields
  • Minimum 8 years' experience in operational management, with at least 5 years in a supervisory position
  • Strong background in the Electrical engineering
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with ability to engage various stakeholders
  • Proven multitasking, prioritization, and resource coordination abilities
  • Well-organized with a customer-centric approach and business acumen
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Chinese (Putonghua), and Cantonese
