(Senior) T&C Manager (Regional role, Elec/ BS, up to 100K)

A reputable engineering company is hiring for a (Senior) T&C Manager

Responsibilities:

• Providing technical expertise in testing and commissioning processes
• Preparing comprehensive project proposals covering financial, logistical, and technical aspects
• Managing client relationships and resolving project issues
• Ensuring compliance with government regulations and industry standards
• Developing and implementing strategies for operational management and business growth
• Coaching and assisting delivery team members
• The role involves overseeing various aspects of project management, including quality assurance, health & safety protocols, legal compliance, administrative tasks, financial management, and people management.

Requirements:

• Educational background: Degree or higher in Project Management, Building Services Engineering, or equivalent field
• Background in construction and data center environments will be an advantage
• Experience in project coordination or management within the Asia Pacific region
• At least 5 years' experience in T&C
• Deep understanding of MEP aspects, including system design, installation, testing, and commissioning processes
• Experience in managerial level
• Language skills: Proficiency in English, Cantonese, and Mandarin (both spoken and written)
• Strong knowledge of MS Office applications (Word, Excel, Project)
