We are searching for a client for an infrastructure project:
Position Overview:
As a Testing and Commissioning Manager, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing a large-scale project. Your responsibilities will encompass developing and implementing commissioning plans, ensuring compliance with both project specifications and industry benchmarks. You will also be tasked with managing client relationships to guarantee satisfaction throughout the testing and commissioning phases.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the Testing and Commissioning Manager for an infrastructure project
- Formulate and carry out commissioning plans for E&M Systems, adhering strictly to project demands and industry norms.
- Foster and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring their contentment with the testing and commissioning procedures and results.
- Plan and oversee matters related to Testing & Commissioning, assessing the feasibility of planned T&C activities and reporting any issues to the Person In Charge (PIC).
- Work closely with both internal team members and external partners to fulfill the project plan.
- Provide updates on progress against the construction timeline from a T&C perspective to clients, following project protocols; cultivate robust relationships with primary client contacts.
- Ensure compliance with safety and environmental guidelines and regulations.
Qualifications:
- Hold a degree in Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services Engineering, or related fields.
- Possess a minimum of 10 years’ experience working with consultants/ contractors on E&M projects
- Have at least 3 years’ experience in the role of Testing and Commissioning Manager
- Demonstrate strong capabilities in project planning and coordination of works.
- Exhibit excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Be proficient in English and Mandarin.
