We are partnering with one reputable hospitality group in Hong Kong to hire a Senior Manager to oversee their projects in Hong Kong and PRC. He/She will be sitting in their Hong Kong office.

Job Duties:

• Oversee the planning, implementation, and construction supervision of developments, including A&A Works, from inception to completion in Hong Kong and PRC
• Liaise with government agencies, consultants, contractors, and internal departments to guarantee that the job is completed on schedule, to the required quality, and within the allocated budget
• Identify and mitigate project risks and issues
• Address issues as they arise and offer solutions to raise the effectiveness of project development

Requirements:

• Degree in construction-related fields, such as MEP/Building Services
• Minimum of 10 years of experience, at least 5 of those years spent developing hotel projects
• Experience working as a consultant or client is advantageous
• Strong knowledge of strategic planning & management skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities, excellent leadership and communication abilities, self-motivation, and team player
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with clients and project team members
• Competent in speaking and writing Chinese and English
• Business travel as per requested
