Work Supervisor (E&M) (Contract) 機電監工

Our Client is looking for Work Supervisor (E&M) to join their team.

Responsibilities:

• Supervise and monitor all site work

• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to the work schedule, procedures, and quality control standards.
• Coordinate with contractors to ensure adherence to the work schedule, procedures, and quality control standards.

• Assist in the project management including budget and quotation preparation, project time schedules, monitor construction progress, cost and quality
• Report to Project Manager and liaise with internal parties (i.e. Project Engineer & Safety Department)

Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years in site supervision
• Diploma or above in Building Services Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
• REW A0 or above
• Good team player and problem solver, responsible, willing to learn and can work independently with initiative
