Project Manager (Full/Part time, AS (RGBC))

Our client is looking for a project manager grade candidate with AS:

Responsibilities

• Responsible for overall coordination and management of construction project site activities from end to end including tendering stage
• Monitor site labor and materials delivery to organize the works to be carried out according to the agreed schedule;
• Coordinate with clients, and sub-contractors for progress of works;
• Ensure approved materials are delivered to site;

Requirements

• Degree holder in E&M , uilding Construction, Structural Engineering, Civil Engineering or equivalent
• Experience in building construction, with a minimum 5 years’ experience working in the capacity of Site Agent or above preferably in government projects
• Act as Authorized Signatory (AS)
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Manager
