Senior Manager/ Director (Construction Technology)

Responsibilities

• Stategic planning for company's long term development in terms of the adoption and promotion of construction technology like BIM and robotics solutions
• Assist in adopting technology in overall planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
• Manage various stakeholders including internal departments, government departments, consultant and contractor companies, build global partnerships and collaborative relationships with them
• Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.

Requirements

• Bachelors Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management or any related disciplines
• 15 years of experience in construction industry
• Good stakeholder management skills and experience
• Excellent command of English and Chinese
