Responsibilities

  • Stategic planning for company's long term development in terms of projects and operation management
  • Overseeing the planning, execution, and completion of construction projects.
  • Managing budgets, timelines, and project scopes.
  • Ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements.
  • Choosing contractors and monitoring performance.
  • Developing and implementing project plans, schedules, and budgets.
  • Managing compliance with safety regulations and building codes.

Requirements

  • Bachelors Degree or above in Civil Engineering, Building, or Construction Management
  • 20+ years of experience in construction industry with track record delivering large-scale projects
  • Extensive experience from developer side with HK and Mainland projects experience
  • Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills
  • Excellent command of English and Chinese
