Engineer (Automotive, 5-day, up to 38K)

We are seeking an experienced Engineer to play a crucial role in ensuring fleet reliability, enhancing customer satisfaction, and driving continuous improvements across our operations. This position involves analyzing fleet performance, addressing breakdowns, conducting product trials, and managing customer feedback to enhance the overall travel experience.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Analyzing fleet performance data to identify patterns, causes, and solutions for reducing bus breakdowns
  • Preparing reports for management review
  • Collaborating with maintenance teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures
  • Coordinating and evaluating product trials for compliance with company standards and performance requirements
  • Assisting in the prequalification of new products to ensure technical and safety requirements are met
  • Handling customer complaints related to bus services and implementing corrective actions
  • Assisting in developing strategic initiatives for fleet efficiency, safety, and regulatory compliance

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Electrical, or Automotive Engineering (or equivalent)
  • At least 3 years experience in fleet management, vehicle engineering, workshop operations or similar field
  • Strong knowledge of fleet management principles and automotive engineering practices
  • Excellent communication skills in both spoken and written Chinese and English
