Technical Officer | Residential Properties | Client side

A top-tier property developer in Hong Kong is now searching a Technical Officer to manage their residential properties.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist to carry out routine maintenance and operation works
  • Provide technical advices and recommendations on repair and improvement works
  • Handle tenants complaints, requests and enquiries and lead the team to carry out necessary repair/maintenance works. Continuously strengthen relations with tenants.
  • Conduct study on cost control measures for building works
  • Monitor contractors’ performance
  • Supervise and carry out Testing and commissioning

Requirements:

  • Degree or above in Building Services / Electrical Engineering / Building Surveying / related disciplines
  • Minimum 4 years’ experience in property maintenance
  • Hands-on experience in managing luxury residential properties
  • Good communication skill, independent
  • All-rounded knowledge of repair and maintenance in electrical system, plumbing and drainage, A&A and builder’s works
  • Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Possession of Grade B Certificate of Registration of Electrical Worker
  • Green Card holders, safety supervisors and Registered Minor Works Contractor (Class III) will be an advantage
