Building Services Engineer (Client, 5-day, Airport)

Our client is searching for an engineer for their team:

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and execute projects related to fit-out, repairs, maintenance, plumbing, drainage systems, and other facilities within the organization
  • Coordinate with internal teams to address daily faults efficiently, minimizing disruption to business operations
  • Prepare tender documents, oversee the bidding process, and ensure timely installation work completion
  • Monitor project progress, costs, and risks; maintain comprehensive documentation
  • Conduct acceptance procedures for new facilities against specifications
  • Provide training to relevant departments before handing over completed projects
  • Ensure all projects comply with established regulations and standards
  • Assist with warranty claims and feedback processes
  • Perform additional duties as assigned by supervisors

Required Qualifications:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience in engineering or project management, preferably in fit-out, repair, maintenance, plumbing, drainage systems, or related fields
  • Degree or Higher Diploma in architecture, interior design, building services, electrical, or mechanical engineering
  • Strong proficiency in English and Chinese languages
  • Willingness to work night shifts when necessary
