Senior Civil Engineer /Site Agent / Project Manager

Upon steadily business expansion, they are searching for Senior Civil Engineer /Site Agent / Project Manager with relevant experience in mega-size civil, infrastructure construction projects.

Responsibilities

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, including planning, execution, and completion, ensuring adherence to project specifications, timelines, and budgets.
• Lead and coordinate a diverse team of engineers, architects, and construction workers, fostering a collaborative work environment and promoting safety practices.
• Develop and manage project budgets, forecast costs, and allocate resources effectively to optimize project performance.
• Implement quality control measures and conduct regular site inspections to ensure compliance with engineering standards and safety regulations.
• Serve as the main point of contact for clients, contractors, and stakeholders, providing regular updates and addressing any issues that arise during the project lifecycle.
• Ensure all construction activities comply with regulations including environmental and safety guidelines.
• Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize project disruptions and ensure smooth operations.
• Negotiate contracts with suppliers and subcontractors, ensuring favorable terms and conditions that align with project goals.

Requirements:

• BEng or above degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
• 8+ years practical experience in civil projects.
• Proven team leadership and contractual awareness.
• Fluent in Chinese and English.
• Good communication, interpersonal and supervisory skills.
