(Senior) Interior Designer - Commercial Projects

My client is an international architecture and design studio, they are looking for an interior designer or senior designer to handle their commercial projects across Asia-Pacific region.

Job description:

• Develop innovative concepts and translate them into images, drawings, material selections, and detailed construction documentation.
• Work on dynamic mixed-use, retail, and commercial projects for top-tier clients.
• Participate in projects across the Asia-Pacific region.
• Contribute to drawing package development and revisions for CD, SD, and DD stages.
• Collaborate with a talented team of young, creative designers to deliver unique interior solutions.
• Support project development, prepare client presentations, and attend key meetings.
• Understand the importance of project budgets and develop knowledge of cost control measures.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of relevant experience in a large-scale interior design firm.
• Passion for creativity and strong teamwork skills.
• Solid experience in space planning, conceptual design, sketching, technical coordination, and drawing production.
• Excellent communication skills in English and Chinese.
• Candidates with more experience may be considered for a Senior Interior Designer role.
