Assistant Project Manager (Architecture)

I am helping a well-known developer to hire an Assistant Project Manager (Architect) to take care of the new build residential project.

Responsibilities:

• Support Senior Managers to oversee and manage construction projects from start to finish by providing general oversight.
• Manage the project's overall budget, cost control, schedule, design quality, coordination, construction monitoring, and contract administration, among other aspects.
• Communicate and work together with consultants and pertinent government agencies to ensure that projects are completed on schedule, within budget, and to the required standards of quality.
• Provide technical support to the project team.

Requirements:

• Degree in Architectural or related discipline.
• Holder of certificate in construction safety supervisor is an advantage.
• Minimum 5 years' post-qualification experience in project management in construction industry.
• Experience in sizable high-end residential / commercial projects is highly preferred.
• Experience in property developer and/or consulting firm is an advantage.
• Recognized professional qualification of HKIA, HKIE or equivalent.
• Highly proficient in both written and spoken Chinese (Cantonese & Putonghua) and English.
• Good project management, communication and supervisory skills to coordinate and monitor projects.
• Excellent problem solving, analytical and negotiation skills.
