Our client is a reputable developer in Hong Kong , they are looking for a Project Manager for office renovation:

Responsibilities:

  • Develop comprehensive project plans and manage budgets
  • Coordinate stakeholders and vendors
  • Implement quality assurance processes
  • Identify and mitigate risks
  • Maintain clear communication and reporting
  • Ensure compliance with regulations and safety standards

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Project Management or related field
  • Minimum 7 years' experience in project management, focusing on office renovations
  • Proven track record of managing large-scale renovation projects
