Responsibilities
Collaborate with Front Office to assemble KYC and other related documents for account opening procedures and local regulations
To verify evidence of each customer’s identity and other related documents in precedence of account opening
Execute qualitative and quantitative check on New Account Opening Request for all clients
Perform KYC/CDD review on existing clients
Organize and sort existing client files in both electronic and paper formats
Support Front Office in client due diligence process
Prepare regular reports for Management reviews
Requirements
Minimum 2-3 years of working experiences in related field
Bachelor’s level degree or professional qualification
Familiarity with WM products, account documentations, SOW/SOF analysis, due diligence, and local AML requirements
Fluent in English (spoken and written), Cantonese (spoken), and good command in Mandarin is a plus
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Fluent Excel skills; knowledge of VBA is an advantage
