Technology Risk Manager, Banking (2nd LOD)

The role will be reporting to the team leader and sits in a small team of 2nd LOD technology risk.

Responsibilities
- Assist to implement, review and update risk framework for the technology and information security for the bank
- Assist to arrange risk management committee
- Assist to prepare and deliver regular risk reports
- Review and challenge on technology, information and cyber risk
- Monitor and perform independent review of the first line team.
- Coordinate with the auditors

Requirements
- Degree holder in technology, computer science, information security, business or related disciplines
- 5+ years of relevant experience in information security, cyber / technology risk or technology audit in the FS industry
- CISM, CISSP, CISA or other recognized certificates
- Strong risk management mindset. Solid understanding in IT environment, threat landscape and technology/information/cyber controls
- Good communication skills, with the ability to interact with both technical and non-technical stakeholders at various levels and articulate complex risk issues with effective challenge and practical recommendation.
- Experience in conducting risk assessments, threat modelling or audits will be an advantage
