Credit Risk Team Leader (Private Banking)

You will be working in a dynamic and multi-cultural environment, working closely with the private banking front office, in a 1st LOD credit risk role.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the team to oversee the client position reports and to monitor the credit risk
- Monitor and manage high risk client positions

- Ensure the front office staff actively follow up with clients for collaterals.
- Work closely with auditors, compliance, finance and other risk and governance teams to address regulatory issues
- Sign credit documents issued to clients, when required.
- Complete regular reports for the headquarter
- Participate in credit committees
- Formulate and update procedures
- Approve credit exposure ot margins above the thresholds

Requirements:
- 10+ years relevant working experience
- Good knowledge of credit, products, legal and regulatory environment
- Strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills
- Team Player, independent and attention to detail
