They require someone who's got strong global markets experience and someone with some technology risk background as well.
Responsibilities:
- Develop, enhance and implement ORM framework and policies
- Monitor 1st LOD and provide operational risk advisory and oversight including technology risk, information security risk, cybersecurity
- Work closely with various risk committees
- Independent assessment on operational risk
- Analyse the firm-wide risk themes and trends, and provide recommendations
- Provide training programme on best practices
- Responsible for BCP, vendor risk management
Requirements:
- Bachelor degree in Business, Accountancy, Banking & Finance or a relevant discipline
- At least 8 years relevant experience in financial institutions with good knowledge of securities products
- Experience in Global Markets and Banking, FICC business.
- Experience in risk and control related roles including first or second line of defences
- Strong communication skills; analytical and problem solving.
