Credit Administration Analyst/ AVP

A leading global financial services group from Japan is looking for a Credit Administration Analyst/ AVP. We are keen to speak with candidates who are knowledgeable in credit administration policies and procedures, with 2-3 years of working experiences.

Responsibilities:

• Monitor all aspects of collateral activities, including compliance check / revaluation, placement / withdrawal, verify accuracy of the collateral input, due date control;
• Support end-to-end credit administration operations to ensure adherence to procedures and regulatory requirements, proper documentations, timely reporting and data integrity;
• Manage operational risks by putting incident mitigation measures in place and ensuring through investigation once they incurred;
• Cooperate with managers and other colleagues to complete the credit administration or other daily works relevant to the team or department;
• Assist manager to supervise subordinates to complete their assigned duties efficiently and up to the expected quality and accuracy; and
• Give guidelines to the subordinates if there is any difficulty in their document checking or any other works assigned to them.

Requirements:

• Tertiary education with 2 – 3 years of working experience;
• Sound knowledge of policies and procedures relating to credit administration;
• Marker role experience in credit administration and operation is an advantage;
• Mature, proactive and able to work independently;
• Good organizational and communication skills;
• Good knowledge in PC (e.g. Word & Excel); and
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Assistant Vice President.
