Operational Risk Senior Manager (FI)

Working in a team of operational risk professional, reporting to the team head.

Responsibilities:
- Assist with the implementation of Enterprise Risk Management regime including policy certification, operational risk capital assessments, risk / control assessments and incident management.
- Participate in the risk forums to appropriately discharge risk management responsibilities.
- Support the CRO with producing the risk universe, including associated monitoring and reporting. Be the single point of contact for Risk matters related to General Insurance.
- Drive best in class risk culture, develop talent and optimise risk processes across the organisation.
- Review and steer business proposals, projects, strategies and key risk areas.
- Manage the incident investigation.

Requirements:
- Bachelor or above degree holder with relevant professional qualification/s is desirable.
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of operational risk with a minimum of 8+ years’ experience in a risk management / audit capacity, preferably in insurance industry.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills including presentation and facilitation capabilities.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to interact with and influence senior Executives.
- Fluency in Cantonese and English essential.
