Credit Analyst (Corporate and Structured Finance)

Working in a supportive and dynamic regional team, you will be focusing on performing credit analysis on large corporate clients including structured finance deals

Responsibilities:

- Performing industry analysis and peer comparison

- Preparing credit ratings locally and globally.

- Participate in meeting internal and external stakeholders

- Analysing deal structure, debt sizing, relevant stakeholders, cash flow, sensitivities, collateral package, etc. for different structured finance deals.

- Preparing recommendations accordingly and leading risk approval processes locally and globally.

- Involving in rating validation and risk approval processes for deals with bankers and product teams.

- Reviewing and monitoring post-approval obligors

Requirements

- University degree or equivalent is required. CPA or CFA valued.

- Over 3 years of credit risk experience. Candidates with prior experience in project finance, asset-backed finance, fund finance, leveraged finance or share-backed finance is a plus.

- Strong financial analytical skill.

- Languages: English required & Mandarin valued.

- Strong Excel, Word and PowerPoint skills.

- Strong presentation and communication skills

- Candidates with entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently is a plus.
