Responsibilities:
- Assess control design, implementation and effectiveness independently
- Risk mitigation assessment
- Help to build, implement control effectiveness monitoring
- Produce risk reports around testing activities and profiles to management relevant risk committees
- Support control knowledge sharing among different parties
REquirements:
- Bachelor/Masters degree
- 5 years of relevant experience (e.g. control testing, process/risk management) in the financial industry
Experience in (internal/external) Audit and/or with control effectiveness monitoring for regulatory frameworks (e.g. Sox, Volcker, DFA etc.)
- Operational Risk, Audit or Compliance experience (CDD, client file review) is highly valued
- Experience in or familiarity with technology risk management is a plus
- Good communication skills (both written and verbal)
