Credit Risk Manager (Retail and Investment)

The role is part of the consumer banking credit risk team with a focus on investment products.

Responsibilities:

- Covering the secured lending portfolio

- Formulate overall credit strategy, policies and procedures

- Ensure product performs to profitability, risk benchmarks and corporate guardrails

- Review and approve credit review of new and existing facilities, manage counterparty/collateral concentration approval and monitoring process

- Provide oversight on the margin monitoring process and the overall credit operations

- Ensure product compliance with internal policies, external regulatory guidelines and alignment with the firm’s Risk Appetite Framework and strategy

Qualifications:

- Minimum 5 years relevant experience

- Experience in relevant credit/lending experience with a solid exposure to various investment and derivative products

- Understanding of the Regulatory governance/reporting requirement, macroeconomic environment and risks associated with margin financing product

- Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills

- Bachelor’s/University degree or equivalent experience
