Job Responsibilities
• Overseeing the fund accounting functions
• Managing the month end process, financial reports and quarterly reports.
• Conducting annual statutory audits.
• Handling tax compliance and planning.
• Supervising annual budgeting process for effective financial management.
• Setting up new funds
• Providing insight for supporting private investment activities.
• Assisting in some ad hoc projects.
Job Requirements:
• University graduated in Finance, Business Administration or relevant disciplines
• At least 10 years of experience in private equity, with both USD fund and RMB fund experience
• Resourceful
• Strong stakeholder management skills and be people oriented
• Team management experience and passionate to lead a team
• Fluency in written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
