They are looking for a junior fund accountant to help with fund administration and operations
Job Responsibilities:
• Assist in preparation of full books of accounts, prepare capital calls and distributions notices
• Waterfall calculation and prepare capital account statement
• Responsible for daily processing of transactions for a portfolio of investment funds and the preparation of cash reconciliations
• Assist in data entry, verification, ad-hoc fund admin tasks
• Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft financial statements and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
• Prepare client compliance files, maintain the client database and perform general administrative functions related to client funds
• Assist in the invoicing process and collection of receivables
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in fund accounting and administration
• Good understanding of PE
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
• Good team player, independent, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated
