Job Responsibilities:
• Fund advisory, client engagement
• Maintain the full books of accounts, prepare capital calls and distributions notices
• Waterfall calculation and prepare capital account statement
• Responsible for daily processing of transactions for a portfolio of investment funds and the preparation of cash reconciliations
• Prepare financial information and schedules for audit purposes, review draft financial statements and liaise with auditors to ensure timely completion of audits
• Prepare client compliance files, maintain the client database and perform general administrative functions related to client funds
• Liaise with / handle enquiries from fund managers, investors, auditors, and other counterparts
• Assist in the invoicing process and collection of receivables
Requirements:
• Degree holder or above in Accounting, Finance or related disciplines
• Minimum of 2-3 years’ experience in fund accounting and administration
• Student member of HKICPA or Qualified
• Good understanding and substantial experience in private equity
• Strong understanding of accounting standard including IFRS and US GAAP
• Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese, with conversational Mandarin
• Good team player, independent, pro-active, attentive to details, self-motivated, keen to learn and able to adapt in new challenges and with excellent communication skills
