Key Responsibilities:
- Review system functionalities/workflow, processes/policies
- Review system specification & process design
- Work closely with the stakeholders to formulate & implement new processes and controls
- Manage UAT to the various payments and cash management systems & processes.
- Provide advice and solution to internal & external customers
Key Skills:
- Minimum 4 years experience in banking sector with exposure in payment and cash management products
- Proficient in English and Cantonese with good communication skills
- Good team player be mature with good communications and interpersonal skills and problems solving skills
- Be diligent, hardworking and proactive
- Able to work independently and meeting UAT/project skills
- Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
