Responsibilities

Investment Reporting:

• Investment reporting: responsible for the quarterly and monthly investment reporting
• Responsible for investment performance analytics/ performance attribution
• Handle performance reporting for all performance portolios in Asia
• Handle ad hoc reporting

Investment system and data:

• Responsible for the design and management of the Group investment system and data, working closely with reporting/system/data teams in affiliated asset management company
• Consolidate performance data from different investment units
• Promote usage of current Group investment system by setting up templates for all users and training new users
• Develop internal reporting tools such as PowerBI sites for efficient reporting and portfolio monitoring
• Data vendor negotiation
  
  

Take on investment projects and provide operations support

Requirements

• Bachelor degree in Business/Finance/IT or related discipline
• 5+ years experience in performance analytics/performance reporting/ performance attribution
• Strong investment system and data knowledge and background; Aladdin and PowerBI skills are a plus; investment operations experience is a plus
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with an ability to build effective relationships
• Ability to pay close attention to detail and accuracy and apply judgement to the results of analysis
• Able to work independently and in a team with a open minded mindset
• Ability to work collaboratively and support business units
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
