Ops Business Analyst | iBank | 45K

Role Overview: This leading bank is seeking for a stable and responsible talent to join their team. Candidates with good business analysis in operations and language skills in Cantonese and English are preferred.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and support projects for Operations, including but not limited to track progress throughout project life cycle and escalating issues
• Lead governance to facilitate project progress
• Conduct detailed business analysis to maintain progress and guide others
• Work closely with both internal and external partners to design, develop and implement technology platforms
• Other ad hoc tasks assigned by management

Key Skills:

• Degree holder with minimum 4 years experience in business analysis and project management in financial sector
• Strong project management and business analysis skills
• Project experience in wealth management business and/or Operations is a plus
• Excellent English and Cantonese with good communication skills
• Good PC skills in MS Word, Excel & Chinese character input
