A leading global bank from Japan is looking for a VP/ AVP, Loan Data Analyst. We are keen to speak to candidates with 2-4 years of experiences.
Responsibilities:
- Manage data primarily related to loan portfolio, loan/deposit balance management.
- Perform data analysis and prepare necessary reports/documents for the department and the Asia Pacific region.
- Provide timely and valuable management information to members and related offices.
- Establish and maintain effective liaison with related branches and subsidiaries as well as other Group entities in order to accomplish the above tasks.
- Essential Functions
- Prepare the daily loan-deposit situation report for the Asia Pacific region.
- Make a loan-deposit balance projection on a regular basis.
- Prepare materials for credit portfolio monitoring on a regular basis.
- Assist superiors in making decisions for loan-deposit management.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree;
- 2-4 years of experience in business planning/management accounting in banks or FIs;
- Basic knowledge of conventional banking products such as loans, deposits, FX etc;
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel (knowledge of SAS and Microsoft ACCESS desirable);
- Proficiency in English and Cantonese;
- Strong numerical and analytical skills;
