Key Responsibilities
- Assist Wholesale Banking team with reengineering project
- Liaise with stakeholders to define operational requirements and goals, documents workflow and works collaboratively
- Analysis, process mapping and prioritizes opportunities
- Support implementation activities and interacts with management to achieve improvement result
- Prepare update report for management / committees
- Other ad hoc tasks assigned by the management
Key Skills:
- Degree with 3 years experience in project management
- Proficient in English and Cantonese with good communication skills
- Good communications and interpersonal skills and problems solving skills
- Proficiency in PC application including MS Excel, VBA, PowerPoint and MS word
- Knowledge in visualization tool e.g. Qlik, Tableau, Power BI will be an advantage
