Client Service & Business Support Officer-Asset Management (6m)

Role Overview: This global asset management firm is seeking for a Client Service talent to join their team. The incumbent will be employed on 6-month contract with attractive benefits.

Key Responsibilities:

• Act as client’s advocate in interactions with other internal business units
• Prepare client reports and complete client requests and collaborate with internal and external team
• Work with internal teams and business partners to ensure business standards adhered to
• Manage fund registration and product matters with support teams
• Represent sales team in internal product initiatives and assist with management reports
• Assist with other ad hoc projects

Key Skills:

• Degree holder with minimum of 5 years of experiences in Financial Service Industry
• Experience with client services in asset management is a plus
• Experience working in a global business environment
• Good understanding of fund distribution sales and operational support dynamics
• Good spoken and written English and Mandarin (is a must)
• Attention to details and a team player
