Key Responsibilities:
- Support RM in daily operations to ensure quality customer experience (Fortune 500s)
- Follow up on client's KYC/CDD submission and perform KYC/CDD review with RM
- Assist in account opening process and follow up on submission of periodic documents from clients
- Handle loan related matter to ensure record accuracy
- Support ad hoc projects assigned by manager
Key Skills:
- Bachelor degree holder with minimum 3 years experiences of working in banking or financial industry
- Good understanding of corporate banking and related banking products would be a plus
- Good communication skills and proficiency in PC skills
- Strong interpersonal and problem-solving skills
- Reliable, attention to detail and positive work attitude
